Refund policy

At Seroma, we are committed to providing a satisfying shopping experience for our customers. However, due to hygiene factors and the inability to resell products, we do not accept returns of delivered items.

Exceptions can be made for quality issues such as leakage, broken seals, or receiving damaged/different products. In such cases, please contact our customer care team at

Product exchanges are only accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery, provided the products are returned in their original packaging, with intact tags/labels and in an undamaged condition. Please note the following terms:

  • Exchange requests are subject to inspection by SEROMA VENTURES.

  • Damages resulting from neglect, improper usage, or incorrect application will not be covered under our exchange/return policy.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) convenience charges and shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Once your exchange/replacement request is accepted, the process will be completed within 15 business days, subject to product pickup and inspection. Seroma Ventures reserves the right to refuse exchanges if products have been used.

  • For certain products, Seroma Ventures will issue Credit Notes that can be used for future purchases on our website.

  • Special conditions associated with promotional offers may supersede this exchange/return policy, and these conditions will be clearly stated with the respective offers.

  • The final price of exchanged products should be equal to or higher than the price of the items being exchanged.

  • If you choose an item of higher value, you can pay the difference through Net Banking, Credit card/Debit card, or other provided payment options.

  • We strive to arrange reverse pick-up from your address. However, in rare cases, you may need to courier the product to the following address: Seroma Ventures, W-15 Okhla Industrial Area Phase-2, New Delhi-110020.

  • In case of self-shipment or courier, please email us a scanned copy of the courier slip within 7 business days of initiating the exchange/return request.

  • If a user has purchased products as part of a bundled package or promotional offer, all products within the bundle must be returned to Seroma Ventures for processing the exchange.

  1. Place the item in its original packaging with intact tags.

  2. Mention your Name, Order Number, and Mobile Number on top of the box and insert the original invoice.

  3. Have the product and package ready for reverse pickup by Seroma Ventures within the communicated timeline.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

If you decide to cancel your order, kindly contact our customer care team via email at customercare@seroma.in or telephone at +91-9599125134 within 24 hours of placing your order. 

For prepaid orders that are cancelled, any amount paid will be refunded to the original payment source following our Exchange/Return policies. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund process to be completed.
